Brand Focus: LA Girl Pro Coverage Foundation, Strobelite, Primer, Powder & Setting Spray

Okay so I know this post is loooong overdue. I shared a pic on Instagram of the LA Girl Pro Coverage Foundation and Strobe Lite Strobing Powder in Feb and frequently get asked what my thoughts are on it. I decided to gather a few other LA Girl items I’ve not yet featured on my blog just in case you were interested. There are reviews on the Eyeshadow Bricks which so closely resembles the Urban Decay Naked palettes. The Matte Lipsticks which I still enjoy to bits and the Concealers and Correctors which are essential for any makeup artists kit. LA Girl…

Keep on reading if you’d like to find out which ones are worth the spend. Maybelline Master Strobing Stick – R160 This is an affordable formula dupe for the renowned Benefit Watts Up highlighter. The texture is creamy, easily blendable and very pigmented. I don’t particularly like the stick applicator because sometimes it can tug and move the foundation beneath it. It’s also not very hygenic but I…

The Body Shop Drops of Light Range + my thoughts on a few other goodies

The Body Shop Drops of Light Range is the most recent addition to The Body Shop collection. Consisting of 7 different products, these products are enriched with red algae and Vitamin C to help skin appear more brighter and luminous. Unfortunately we only got 6 of the products available in SA , the healthy brightening eye cream being the missing item. That’s a bummer because with the dark circles I’m struggling with (you can read my rant here), I definitely would have loved to try it. I picked up a few of the products in The Body Shop Drops of…
