Light it up with Smashbox Lipstick & Mattifier Set

Halfway through the work week and on to freedom. I’m the type of person that just cannot wait for weekends to come around. Can you tell? I wanted to show you the Smashbox Lipstick & Mattifier Set because right now it’s one of the things I’m halfway decided about. Let’s start at the beginning. So as you might know, Smashbox counters are quite plentiful in the Joburg area. At all the malls I frequent I have to stop and check out which new items have arrived or swatch what I haven’t yet tried. The Smashbox lipsticks have been on my radar…

Me & Youth Quick Makeup Fix Review – Is it worth the hype?

Hiya bellas, So today I wanted to review the Me & Youth Quick Makeup Fix spray. I’ve been getting a lot of questions about it since my Urban Decay PrepPrimeSet post went up so here’s what I think of it. Who are Me & Youth? NYX Lippies, Blush & Pencils + Goodie Bag Giveaway

Happy Monday bellas, I thought I’d share with you some more of the NYX Cosmetics goodies I have in my collection. Some were amazing and some were complete duds. Keep on reading to find out. I’m sure by now you’ve seen The Body Shop Superfood Face Masks on blogs and social media. They were launched in the later half of last year and I decided to pick up the Himalayan Charcoal one. I was suffering with mild breakouts and congestion and was hoping it would help. Then I was so impressed by it I decided to purchase them all. I waited until they had a 3 for 2 sale in last year which saved me quite a bit. I know these masks might be expensive for some, myself included, so let me tell you which ones…

MorpheMe March Brushes are MAC dupes?!?

Hiya bellas, I got my MorpheMe March brushes last week and some of them looked sorta familiar. I rummaged through my brush collection and tried to spot the closest looking ones. Then I put them to the test to see if they were dupes and here’s what I came up with. Morphe M401 – $14 This large pointed powder brush is perfect for baking under the eyes as well as sweeping away the bakage without disturbing the lower layers. It’s fluffy enough to apply blush to the cheeks as well as a tapered tip for contouring. The tulip shaped brush…
