Wishlist Wednesday – Lorac Pro 3

Wishlist Wednesday – Lorac Pro 3

When I saw the title on Tati’s Youtube video last Friday, I gave a little squeal of delight. My friends know that the OG Lorac Pro palette is one of my favourite palettes EVER and come to think of it I’ve never done a post on it on my blog. Let me know if you’d be interested to see a full review on it.

On to the new palette. Lorac Cosmetics has thee most amazing eyeshadow formula and there have been loads of releases since I picked up my first palette. I featured the Lorac Unzipped palettes in a wishlist here sometime last year and whilst I’ve had the opportunity to purchase them on numerous occasions, I prefer investing my money into palettes with multiple shades to try out.

The Lorac Pro 3 contains 16 shimmer and matte shades and comes with a mini eye primer as well. There are both warm and cool toned neutral hues plus darker shades to create a smokey eye or deepen up the crease. Some of the colours look very similar to the Unzipped palette and Urban Decay Naked 3 but looking at the swatches below, I know I want it.

I’ve been grinning from ear to ear waiting to share it with you today and it’s going to continue until I get my grimy little paws on it. The palette will retail for $44 which works out to around $2.75 per eyeshadow which is very affordable and you’re basically getting a primer for free. How I’m going to get it though seems like such a challenge right now. It will be exclusive to Ulta until July 3rd and I’m not sure where they’ll roll it out after that. While I could use Aramex to shop from the Lorac website, they only accept US credit cards and do not offer PayPal as a payment method. Hopefully one of the third party sellers will get stock and I’m willing to fork out double to get my hands on it.
