UD Week – Urban Decay Naked Skin Foundation,...

So this post, I’m afraid, is going to be all over the place. This is probably the most disappointing purchase I’ve made to date but there is light at the end of this tunnel. Hold on tight and let’s get on to it. So with the recent launch of Urban Decay in Sandton, I suspected there to be throngs of people and not much leeway to shop and boy was I right. People had been queuing since 6am only to be let into the store after 11. Luckily though, there were snacks and a DJ to lighten the mood and…

UD Week – Urban Decay Shadow Box

Happy Monday bellas, Firstly, I’d like to apologise for the lack of posts last week since it was supposed to solely be dedicated to all things Urban Decay. I had a few issues concerning my blog, the biggest of which is the newsletters that were not being delivered. Whilst it is still in the process of being fixed, I have managed to find a workaround and that brings me to announce that this week I will continue with UD week so I can share my loves, faves and fails from one of the most coveted brands worldwide that has just…

UD Week – Urban Decay Vice 4 Eyeshadow Palet...

The Urban Decay Vice 4 is probably the most outrageous palette in my collection. Just once glance at the glorious pops of colour makes me giddy with excitement and since it is Urban Decay, the quality is spot on too. I missed out on the previous Vice palettes and I know there are still some Vice 3’s floating around for sale, it’s just doesn’t look as awesome as this one. The limited edition Urban Decay Vice 4 was launched late last year and is another stunner in terms of packaging. Instead of being regal and classy like the Gwen Stefani palette I…

UD Week – Gwen Stefani Eyeshadow Palette

Happy Monday bellas, It seems the Urban Decay series I anticipated to be published two weeks ago was meant to be pushed out until now. Not only do I have more concrete information regarding the store and pricing, but I’ve tried a few new products that I’d like to share my thoughts on. Today though, we’ll be focusing on the Urban Decay Gwen Stefani eyeshadow palette which is not available in store. I hoped that they would have included all the limited edition products as well because I really wanted to get my hands on the Gwen Stefani blush palette.…

Wishlist Wednesday – UD x ‘Alice Throu...

To coincide with the release of the Disney sequel, ‘Alice Through the Looking Glass’, Urban Decay has collaborated with the makers of the Alice in Wonderland films to release a collection inspired by the movie. When I first saw the mini vid on Urban Decay’s Instagram page a few days ago, I was in awe. This is by far one of the most awesome packaged makeup products I have ever seen. Now mind you, I’m relatively new to the makeup world, almost two years young. This isn’t the first time Urban Decay has released the pop up + drawer packaging…

Friday Favourites

As embarrassing as this is for me to say, I’ve probably got more makeup than I’d be able to use in a lifetime. Hi my name is Nisa and I’m a makeup junkie. I know most of you can relate because if you’re reading my blog, you probably love makeup too. It’s literally an addiction. Wanting to try new products you got excited for the first time you saw it, felt giddy and anxious the first time you opened it, and then depending how it performed felt either elated you’d found your new go-to item or upset as hell you’d…
